All vehicle owners that reside in the state of South Carolina should at least maintain an insurance policy with the minimum limits:

  • $25,000 with a minimum deductible for uninsured motorist property damage
  • $25,000 bodily injury per person
  • $50,000 bodily injury per person
  • $25,000 property damage per accident
